Tim Van Cleave

Vice President of Sales, Hospitality Division

Tim works with a “specialty team” of six account executives dedicated to providing a broad range of solutions to the hospitality industry. Tim joined USFI in 1993 as an account executive, was promoted to Director of Sales after seven years with the company, and then to his current position in 2009. Tim is focused on developing new relationships with hotel management groups. Before joining USFI, Tim was Director of Sales at A S Hospitality. He served as Vice President of Sales for Arlington Business Forms for three years prior.

Nancy Henger

Vice President

Nancy Henger is a founding stakeholder of USFI, and serves today as Vice President. Originally hired in 1986 as a sales specialist for major accounts, Nancy established USFI in a dozen important industry verticals. While serving our key accounts, Nancy helped create USFI’s corporate structure, and helped establish several departments at USFI. For the past seven years, Nancy has also helped direct the growth of USFI’s Hospitality Division and managed its operations.

Faryal Khan

Senior Account Executive

Faryal Khan has earned both bachelor's and master's degrees in Business Administration. With her background in marketing and a particular focus on developing and nurturing long-term professional relationships, Faryal personifies the USFI doctrine, "If it's right for the client, it's right for USFI."

Barbara Atkinson

Senior Account Executive

Barbara began her professional career in 1981, serving significant clients in the commercial printing industry. Over the course of a few years, she quickly rose to the service of a select group of Fortune 100 companies, including Philip Morris, Capital One, UPS, Overnight Express and many other “household names.” It was at RR Donnelley that Barbara learned the principles of truly strategic solutions and the practice of total service saturation for all her clients.

Darren Gorman

Account Executive

In just 12 years, Darren Gorman has established a strong track record in the hospitality industry, meeting the needs of top-tier hoteliers with innovation and unflagging service.

Jessica Kew

Account Executive

Educated at the University of Florida with a bachelor's degree in Artisanal Printmaking, Jessica has pushed the state of the printer’s art for her entire career. Working initially as head of graphics departments for an urban planner and an engineering firm, Jessica oversaw branding for the company and creation and execution of proposals to win multimillion-dollar contracts. She then sold to major education textbook publishers the design and execution of children’s textbook and ancillary products.

Stephen Parker

Account Executive

For more than 20 years, Stephen Parker has anticipated and satisfied the needs of all manner of hotels, from independent boutiques to flags. The recipient of a bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Houston, Stephen is fluent in the language of marketing applications development and that of hotels, from housekeeping to executive offices.
